We love the end product, but it was a nightmare dealing with them!  We never seemed to be a priority, as I had to call them to get them to schedule the install and it was several weeks later than what we were told it would be upon purchasing the granite.
Our kitchen nightmare:
We chose the granite and sink we wanted.  I clearly specified that I wanted  an under mount 60/40 sink with the small basin on the right - this what we already had ( I loved it) and our kitchen is set up for.  When we reviewed the template layout on the granite slab at their store they did not show me the sink.  When they arrived the day of the install and pulled the sink out of the box it the small basin was on the left - I was horrified since I was very specific on what sink configuration I wanted!  I told them this was the wrong sink and did not let them install it.  Since the counter top was already cut in their shop for this sink they tried to convince me to accept this sink (did not work with our plumbing) or choose another that would allow them to use the slab of granite they had already cut.   Apparently this sink did not come in the configuration I wanted and they did not tell me that when I ordered it.
I tried all weekend to locate an acceptable sink locally and on-line. The only sinks that would work with the hole they had already cut out I would NEVER have chosen originally and informed as such.  To get the sink configuration I wanted required they cut a whole new piece of granite for that counter top and they wanted to charge us $700 extra for this.  I refused and sent them certified letters which they then threatened to sue me!  We had a none functioning kitchen for 6 weeks and I finally just paid them the extra to finish the job.  I personally bought the sink I wanted from someone else and delivered it to their store to assure it was the correct sink.   Thought about submitting a dispute to the CCB, but decided the $700 was not worth the head ache and dealing with these people again!
I must say we do love the counter tops and they did a good job installing.
Also beware as they assume everyone already knows everything about granite counter tops.  They simply took a template of our previous ones and copied them.  After they were installed I realized the counter top beside the fridge is not flush.  It was how our previous was, but is not correct and they did not point this out.  They said they could correct his for me in-place and I told them I would be happy to pay extra for it and asked them to get me a quote, since the installer did an very good job.  I never heard from them again!

They installed the countertops and used the granite we had, too and customized it.  The fabricator is good, but the customer service is poor.  I may not use them again in the future.

It was pretty good. There were some minors problems like there are in most situations, but they performed satisfactorily. There were some parts they couldn't get for a while, like a specific toilet handle which delayed the process. The major things were done on time and they really worked hard to do that. They had people come in on the weekends to make sure it was done. We went on vacation before they were able to finish. The price was okay. They delay in the process didn't disrupt the functionality of the bathroom. We didn't sign off on the work or pay the rest of the balance until it was complete.
