Home Building
Very disappointing experience with this company. Started out great. Ended up being the biggest mistake we ever made. For us, the building process was one of constant chaos and lack of financial accountability.
Wish we had brought a tape recorder to every meeting, discussion, and conversation with these builders, or had gotten everything signed and dated by them every step of the way as promises were made. In hindsight, as soon as change orders were not forthcoming we should have taken immediate legal action. Repeated requests for change orders (not just emails) and financial information did not help. We suffered the consequences and paid a high cost for trusting.
Having built a home previously, we know what a different experience it can be.
