With the car that I have I got to have someone who is trained in it. They have a factory trained technician. Porsche's have a lot of oil in them so they cost more than a typical oil change; it is three times as much as oil than a regular car. They are excellent and their prices are good as well. They are great at being responsive because if I really need to get it in really quick they try to fit me in if they can. They always get the job done when they say they are going to. They always explain what they say, what their view is with a detailed print out of what they have observed in the car. They mention possible problem points that might be coming up as well. They are very thorough. The person who manages the shop is very friendly and personable. He explains everything and only if I'd want he will bring out the technician.

They specializes in Mercedes and other models. They do a careful work and they know about particular types of car. They are really good about being done on time. They do not make you wait. Their prices are good, and they have a nice, clean operation. They ware very professional, friendly and thorough. I really like them.
