Very professional bunch. They took care of all the negotiations with the insurance especially after additional damage was found.

Easy to get an estimate & schedule an appt.  I was provided with free shuttle service home and back to AutoCraft when car was done.  Repair was excellent.  ALL staff were wonderful, attentive, available and professional. Work completed as agreed and I will definitely return again if the need arises.

These guys work seamlessly with my insurance company, and are extremely efficient and capable of restoring your car to its pristine condition. (I have had them work on my car before when it was hurt.) This time, I decided to go with a less than perfect repair job, and therefore could not use their services. But they are always kind and non-pushy, and happy and willing to talk to me about what I want, and patient.

It was very easy to get along with the staff and management, and afterwords my car looked like nothing had happened.

Work done as insurance claim on front bumper of minivan; they did the work slightly under estimate, arranged for rental car to be at their site when I dropped off my car, and everything was very professional. The color of the van was matched perfectly, although it is a special paint. Only problem encountered was a delay of 3 days for pick-up due to need for cutting openings for special lights involved. Excellent job when finished. They also were good about contacting me regarding delays and progress.

The work was performed quickly and the quality is outstanding. The car looks better than before the accident.

Excellent company! Having just moved to Eugene, I picked Auto Craft out of the Yellow Pages because it was close to our apartment. It's modern, organized, and sharp-looking. I was greeted by Chris, who looked the job over and provided the estimate. He showed me the details of the parts and costs directly on his computer. He explained that he would order two damaged pieces, but that he would attempt to re-use the mirror glass. As it turned out, he could not re-use it. My truck was done in an hour. The friendly receptionist noticed that a "freight charge" of $3 had been added to the estimate price of $119.22. She called ''Ron'' over, and he immediately had her cross it out. I drove away a happy customer. Thirty minutes later, she called my cell phone to tell me that she was crediting my VISA for $18 because the parts had come in at less than the estimated cost. I was VERY impressed with Auto Craft!
