ARBOR SOUTH ARCHITECTURE

This is the worst experience we have ever had. The design that they came up with was barely functional. The builder told us he would build the house to the exact designs of the architect, and unfortunately that's whats happened. The design they had for the home was not functional whatsoever. To start, the front door could not be opened without running into the front staircase. The door would hit the staircase as you open it. They designed outside columns that go around some of the house. They designed these columns in front of our front door. So when you would walk out of the door you could possibly run right into the column. We also live close to a river, so we need a special foundation to handle the possible flood. They did not design this correctly and we had to change the foundation by adding flood vents. We also had to redesign the entire south end of the house. We were on vacation as they were building and they called to let us know the design would not work. We had to handle that fiasco while on vacation.

The entire design was horrible and we feel very taken advantage of. We have tried to pursue legally but are unfortunately extremely busy with out business and cannot devote the proper time. We cant even live in the house that they have designed. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
