Horrible Experience. Never Again! Technician did not follow Covid-19 safety protocols, he misdiagnosed the problem (would have wasted 250.00 if believed him), did not listen to us, scheduler was extremely unprofessional (yelled at me & told me I couldn't talk to a manager) & lied about the job experience of the tech. Tech said there was no way to clear the sprayer arm clog - I found an easy technique on YouTube. Extreme lack of knowledge & customer service.
