Ronda Prewitt is a fantastic real estate agent. We have had the pleasure of working with her through both buying and selling of homes. Our most recent experience involved selling a manufactured home. This was a little tricky because the co-owners are elderly and live out of town. They were unable to travel to us to sign papers, etc. Ronda handled this situation wonderfully...even when their computer quit working and they couldn't seem to get their fax machine to send out faxes. She had a suggestion, solution or answer for everything and if she wasn't sure about something she would go to work finding the answer, always making sure she gave us the most accurate and updated information. Her communication is top notch and if we didn't understand something, she would find a way to explain it so that we did understand. She went to great lengths to put us at ease, match us up with a buyer quickly and make the selling of our home go as smoothly as possible. From start to finish she not only put her knowledge and experience to work, but she has such a big heart. Always aware of our best interests and maintaining her professionalism even with all the curve balls we threw at her. Thank you so much for holding our hands...yes, all of them...through this experience. WE LOVE YOU RONDA PREWITT!!! YOU ROCK!!!

So when it came time to sell our house and upgrade in 2012, we used Rhonda to both sell our home and to purchase a new home. This was a bit of a complicated process as we made a contingent offer on a house before ours was sold. She worked hard and made sure our house sold so that the transaction could go through. I came to Rhonda after two bad experiences with other agents.....she was very supportive ....patient....and understanding.......I was not only buying a home but selling my old home ...and Rhonda was able to coordinate all of the confusion so that they both closed on the same day........Moving to a new area Rhonda set me up with the numbers of services I would need.....and encouraged me to ask to have services done to the house that I would not have though of.....if your looking for a Realestate agent that keeps you informed and puts you first, go with Rhonda to buy or sale or both

Ronda is very experienced in the Eugene/Springfield (and surrounding area) real estate market. She is extremely knowledgeable about industry regulations and has excellent attention to detail. We had very specific needs in the search for our home and Ronda was able to get us into the perfect home at a price under asking. When our financing fell through just days before closing Ronda used her industry connections to find the best lender in the area to get us even better financing than we originally had. Ronda really put our needs first throughout the entire home-buying process. She took us to homes at all hours and helped us understand the process better. Ronda really put our wants and needs ahead of hers and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
