I am not sure what this company does but it doesnt stand by any satisfactory service. My home was ruined by Alacrity and the restoration group. I still have damage from an incident in Feb. Beware of this company and its practices.

The warranty company claims that it will stand by the work performed by there contractor, but this was a LIE. They only stood behind the contractor performing the work, not a consumers satisfaction with the work. Anyone who sees this company associated with a contractor should be warned (buyer beware)
