I called them and they were able to walk me through the repair over the phone. It happened again, so I had them come out. They were able to repair it and everything was fine. They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do and did not leave a mess. I am extremely satisfied.

Communication was difficult and limited.

Went very well. He was on time, received a call from his office that he would be to my house in a few minutes, had the part that was needed and did the repair quickly. Stated the part had a 90 warranty and if there were any problems to give them a call. The cost was exactly the same as was quoted over the phone when I described what was wrong with the oven. Did a good job. Would hire them again.

I was happy with the punctuality of Akrit's service, I felt it was a little excessive to have to pay for an estimate even though I had the work done.

He went in and made sure everything was cleaned up. He has serviced my washing machine more than once. It is old and they keep it running for me.

I liked him. However, the last time he came out, he basically said the fridge wasn't worth fixing. I thought the price was really high; I had to pay $80 for him to tell me that. I thought they were very nice people, though.

I could not honestly give a higher recommendation to any company. This company is outstanding!!! They are honest ( even if that means they get less money), professional, on time, prompt, and friendly. I will continue to use Akrit for any appliance issues in the future. Very happy with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It went wonderfully. I called at 9am and spoke with Gaberelle. They called me right back and said we can be their at 12pm. They called back that they had a cancellation and could be there at 10am. They were ontime and my refrigerator was fixed by 10:15am. They also fixed my washing machine last year.
