Aerostar Painting

Jason Cole, owner/operator of Aerostar painting was referred by a local paint company as "highly recommended". I called Jason and he come over the next day to provide a bid. He gave me a bid on the spot, allowing for a few hundred dollars either way, as there was still some prep work which I was not sure I would be able to get to. He promised to finish any left over prep work....which he did. My schedule pushed out the job about 6 weeks, which Jason happily flexed with. The first thing Jason did was to completely power wash all the dirt and grime off. He used a bleach solution to spray the soffits first. After his power washing, the wood looked new. He then primered the entire house, after which he put two coats of house color on. He painted by hand (brush and small roller) all of the soffits and trim. The house has about 20 windows and exterior doors so this was no small task. Jason worked full 8 hour days. He showed up when he promised he would. He was very fast, efficient and careful. He was courteous. He is honest and trustworthy. He is a family man. He was kind to our dog. He gave me an hourly rate which he adhered to. The price included him painting my shed in the back yard. (12x14 barn). I plan on having Jason work on the interior this winter. We are blessed to know a quality individual and painter like Jason Cole. The price listed above includes over 900 dollars of materials.
