 + -1 moreAs I said above, they were very knowledgeable about the various systems and have been to the house before. I was very impressed with their knowledge and felt I was in good hands enough to sign-on for a yearly service contract.
Description of Work: For $79 each, they tuned up the two HVAC systems at my house. They had a very thorough understanding of the two different brands and had been to the house for the previous owners. Since I am away with a house sitter some of the time, I decided to buy their monthly service contract. It included a years supply of filters and reduced rates for any repairs needed. I have not needed any repairs yet, but I'm glad to have the back up. I
