We had multiple bathroom fans installed. AMAZING work... cordial, professional... did a couple work-arounds and made everything fit beautifully into space occupied by our 20+ year old fans. HIGHLY recommend!

This was a great experience. Tony was wonderful. He explained all my options and worked with me to get me the best possible price on the work needed. The job was done quickly. The new fans made a big difference. I would use this company again for other electrical work.

He took out the old fan in order to install the newer fan but then realized that the new fan was too large for the opening to replace. He was very helpful in telling us what part needed to be replaced and provided a specific store to get the part. He went above and beyond in helping us.

Deal not inclusive of all fees. There were a lot of additional fees that I wasn't aware of, so I decided to not have the work done.

He showed up on time, had the correct materials and tools. Since he was replacing 2 fans that were 30 years old there was a little extra work he had to perform to get the right fit, which I expected due to the job. But it looks great and I think it will be the perfect solution. Overall I can say 2 BIG THUMBS UP!

The overall experience was ok. Although some errors were made by this company during the reconstucttion . After a period of time and some dicussions all was resolved .

A broken part in a flourescent lighting fixture needed to be replace. The work was done quickly and accompanied by instructions telling me how to do the replacement on my own in the future, if I wish to do it.

We purchased a quiet bath fan. The price was good and the installer was professional and very reasonable, answered my questions, gave me some tips and even provided an extra fan cover for one that was missing from another fan in our home. It has been many months now and everything works perfectly.

Purchased Groupon for outdoor electrical outlet. Exceedingly difficult to schedule or get a call back. Once I had the installation performed all was good. Tech was friendly, fast, informative, and neat, so I'd likely give them another chance.

Things went very well--one trip; swapped out an existing exhaust fan and replaced it with a new, stronger and quieter fan.

The installation was done efficiently and effectively. Arranging the appointment was frustrating and left us up in the air about when our appointment was supposed to take place. The extra cost was an unpleasant surprise. The only reason we would use this company again is if we had complete clarity about any hidden costs and if Mitch was the person doing the work. Not what we expected from a member of Angie's list.

Things went well. They arrived prepared to do both bathrooms and replaced one of the fans. The other fan required a low profile fan and they didn't have one with them. We scheduled another time and agreed upon a slightly increased cost ($20 or so) for the alternate fan. Square D came out again as scheduled and completed the work to my satisfaction.

I purchased two ceiling fan installation deals but only 1 could be installed. The beams weren't in the right position and it would have cost a lot to modify them. But I was able to have the other fan installed at another house and Square 1 did not charge any extra for the 2nd trip out. They did a fine job.

The owner was very friendly and stopped by to check on the work. The electrician that did the work was also very friendly and did a good job installing and troubleshooting. Their price also included inspection costs. I would have no hesitation to have them do future work on my home.

The Big Deal was for a fan without a light, so we asked to upgrade. The person on the phone indicated it would be no problem and would likely be $25-$50 more. It ended up being $145 more, but it was what we needed and they were already here when we found out. The workers were efficient, clean, on time, and professional. The light was great and the fan was a lot quieter than our old one, but the fan did not really work and we kept building up condensation in the bathroom, which left a sticky residue on the walls. After about a year we were doing a bathroom remodel and contacted Square 1 to ask about the fan. They were very responsive and came out right away. They found a kink in the duct and fixed it free of charge!!! Great!!! It still does not do a good job of getting the condensation out. Maybe the fan, maybe the venting (they had mentioned it was a 4" out pipe vented to a 3" tube). We may end up calling again to have them look into the issue further. Overall I would definitely use them again, but ask more questions up front.

The installation of our ceiling fan was excellent it looks perfect and is very well balanced (no wobble). Great work, we will definitely hire again.

the electrician arrived on schedule and was fully prepared for the job. However, when he removed the existing fan, we discovered a plumbing pipe located above the old fan which would not allow the new fan to be installed in that location. The electrician surveyed the situation, including a trip into the attic, and recommended a new location for the exhaust fan. We agreed on the location and he cut a new opening in the ceiling, rerouted the electrical and exhaust trunk and installed the new fan. He did all this extra work with a very positive attitude to give me the best installation possible. Obviously, this left us with a hole in the bathroom ceiling where the old fan had been removed. The electrician then cut a piece of the removed sheetrock to the size of the hole and installed it to close the hole in the bathroom ceiling. I felt that this was going well beyond the scope of the original job and it was done cheerfully and with no additional charge. I am extremely happy with the excellent work done by the electrician and his desire to do the best job possible. He went above and beyond the original job scope to ensure that I had a good installation and an intact bathroom ceiling. Based on this experience, I will definitely use this company again for my electrical work. They were prompt, well-prepared, competent, professional and very positive while doing the job.

We had a little (word not clear) up on the scheduling but they were very quick to make it all work out as (word not clear) as possible. They well on time very punctual and did a good job and cleaned up.
