I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling this company. I had contacted this company after checking out there references on several web sites. The owner showed up at 8 a.m. on the dot. He asked what the problem was I explained that we had a leak in our roof he did a thorough inspection and then explained his recommendation. He spent about 30 minutes at my house explaining the condition of our roof the kind of fix we could do now that would extend the life and then also we went over pricing of replacing the roof in the future. I was quite impressed by the time he spent with me explaining everything. He scheduled the repair within a day or so and when the problem was not fixed the first time they came out I called and they came back the same day. The owner was very professional and seem to care that I was satisfied with the work. The price was fair and I will be calling them when we are ready to replace our roof.

Great! This is one hard-working crew, and they did an excellent job. We have quite a large, and steep roof, and had multiple bids to do the work (more than a couple companies wouldn't do the roof because of the steepness.) Giron came in with a very competitive bid, and a product (Malarkey shingles) that looked to be excellent. They were able to schedule us in about 2 weeks after contracting. The project was started on Monday, and finished on Friday, in pretty awful weather. The crew was here at 7:00 AM every day, and most days were still on the roof working after dark. They must have taken breaks sometime, but not for long. Really impressed. The roof looks great, and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Jose was very prompt at 1st responding to my questions after giving me a quote of $15000 to install a new roof. After I seen his price of $6530 on Angies List only a day later for the exact same roof up to 2000 sq ft I sent him a few emails asking why my bid was so much higher. Then he totally ignored me. Never did even get an answer from anyone as to why he quoted me so much higher. Not professional at all to treat customers that way.

The workmen were experienced and competent. I was not happy that they worked well into total darkness. Recommend they provide a port-a-potty for the men.

This company was very professional and timely in their services. Once the estimate was given and accepted, the repair was scheduled and completed within a few days. I was very pleased with their service.

Refused to come for a bid because he "Does not work with home buyers." So I need a bid for actual work that has to be done on a home I am currently closing on, but refuses to even asses and bid because I do not technically own it yet. To each his own, but literally just refused a potential large sum of money.

A leak developed during the October rains at my mother's house. Jose was very responsive - was able to come quickly to diagnose and showed up earlier than promised to perform the repair. I waited a few days until we got another good dose of rain to make sure the repair held up and it seems to have done so. Have discussed replacing the entire roof and doing chimney repair work and are working to get other bids for that work. We did not get competing bids for the repair due to the urgent nature, so I have no idea if it was competitive or not. I am being pressed to write a review not only here but on several other websites as well, which I consider somewhat inappropriate, so I reduced the "Professionalism" grade somewhat.

Everything went excellently. The job started when Giron said it would start and took exactly as long as Giron said it would take. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and responsive. Most importantly, I'm confident that my roof is going to protect my house from the NW weather for a long time.

Out of four quotes, Giron Construction was the least expensive. I went with them because they took their time during the quote explaining the options. During the work they were good about communicating their progress and when done, made sure everything was cleaned up. I will be using them again.

The roof was leaking around a vent pipe and with all of the rains, the problem was getting worse. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. They came out as scheduled, gave an accurate quote, and I was so fortunate that the next day they fixed the vent leak. They were professional, fast, and helpful. I would be happy to use them again and again for additional repairs or installs.

Because of rain, it took longer of course. However they used high quality materials and even replaced a skylight. The workmanship was superb.

It went extremely well. We couldn't be happier with the results. The removal took their demo team about 18 hours to remove all of that old material. then the construction crew took over laying plywood, then waterproofing material, the underlayments, flashing, and those asphalt shingles I mentioned previously in about ten hours, this crew also reskinned our flat roof garage and painted the exposed flashing to match that skin. The following days crews showed up to remove the awning from the rear of our house?which took somewhere around 6 hours?and to install all of the gutters?no more than four hours. Our house isn't small, either. It's a two story 1,400 square foot tudor revival. So there are plenty of odd roofing angles and overlaps with which to contend. A few weeks back we discovered that a portion of the facia on the front of our house was much shorter that it should have been; this was due to the multiple layers of roofing that had been installed on top of each other previously, creating a need for a shorter facia board in this overlapping layer of the roof. So, we did what anyone who appreciates quality work would do, and called Giron Construction. One of the owners came out himself to deal with the problem, investigating the issue, and finding a solution that was suitable to both them and us, and at no extra charge. It was the most ideal situation we could have hoped for when discovering a problem.

Everything went great - from our first contact through end of project. Jose' was prompt, friendly, knowlegable, and fair. His crew completed the work as described and left everything cleaner than when they started. Very pleased.

I cannot say enough good things about Jose Giron! He went above and beyond! I bought my house during the summer and the inspector said everything looked good. The first real rain came...not so much! Two leaks! I made an appointment online to get an estimate from Giron Construction and they came out the next day AND STARTED THAT DAY! Jose said it looked as if the previous owner youtubed "how to fix a roof" and tried to do it themselves. He took pictures and explained everything and thought I should redo the whole roof but I can't right now so I went with a tune up. He didn't think he could fit me in for two weeks but I was so nervous with the next really bad rain storm coming over the weekend that I asked if there was any way he could fit me in after giving me the estimate. He somehow did, starting later that day and then coming back two days after his daily work to finish up. The rain is starting tonight and hopefully all is well. Jose assured me that if anything else goes wrong just to give him a call. So glad I met Jose!

He arrived close to on-time and his dispatch courteously phoned that he was 15 minutes late due to traffic. ( Understandable ) He arrived and I showed him the dripping area and he improved it with some nailing of the gutters , cleaning out some debris and adjusting some of our screens. He assessed that we needed more nails/ screws more closely spaced and some extra downspouts due to the long " run " of our front gutters. He fixed what he could and indicated that we did not need to replace all the gutters, just make some modifications. Very helpful! Now we will proceed to get the gutters fixed which certainly is crucial for NW living.

I must say I was extremely dissatisfied with the response of this company. I put down $4999 on a BIG DEAl. I had to email this company many times over several days to get a response. It took 7 days to get a response to that kind of money. After they did respond, they came promptly for the estimate. The estimate did not arrive when I was told. I did not use this company as I am concerned that the lack of attention to my business.
