Very prompt and thorough. The owner came out personally to line out the job. He found the leak right away, took photos, and educated me every step of the way as to the to the cause and cure. He let me know that the poor quality materials and lack of plywood base , coupled with sloppy nail work caused the problem. He showed me the precise point of origin of the leak.

All work was done professionally. The crews were polite and friendly. The price paid was the price estimated. Clean-up after the work was super. Definitely satisfied!

We had a horrible experience with this company. We received a number of bids before choosing them and were massively disappointed with their work. They did not follow through on what was stated on the bid. For example the bid stated that they would protect our shrubs with tarps and they didn't, therefore destroying a young shrub we had planted; they said they would clean up at the end of each day and didn't, requiring us to very carefully walk into our house due to all of the nails and debris around; they said they would use a magnetic rake at the end of job and didn't so we found upturned nails and screws all around our property after they left. They also stated that they treat their customers very well, yet they disregarded my concerns about them starting the job with heavy rain in the forecast. As a result, they caused 2 significant leaks INSIDE our house due to poor tarping and heavy rain and wind. When they were fixing inside damage, they used their outdoor ladder and tarps, which scratched our floors and created a mess. Also, they did not communicate with us when they saw that there was going to be significant debris falling into our garage, causing us to spend a full day cleaning all of the debris that fell on and inside everything in our garage. They forgot to put in the vents when completing the roof, so we had to not only change the type of vent that was on the original bid, but they had to open up a portion of the completed new roof to install the vents. This project was very stressful, caused us a huge amount of time to clean up, took extra time overall, and was costly. After all of the problems and stress they caused us, Giron offered a discount that didn't even amount to 5%, and barely an apology. I would not hire them again and would never recommend them to others.

We needed to replace our roof in preparation for installing solar panels, and the rep (Roger) who came out was not only very knowledgeable about roofs, but understood that there might be special needs associated with solar panels. He also made recommendations to help with cooling on the south side of our roof, and explained the materials they would be using and why. They came out earlier than expected and finished on time. Lastly, they came out and did touch-ups on the paint. I'm very satisfied and feel like I got a quality roof at a reasonable price.

You know that person/company that you work with, and the after talking with them for a few minutes you just KNOW this is the right choice? Well, Jose with Giron Roofing is that company! This home is one of our rental homes and our renter (at the last moment) notified me they were possibly going to need to do some live video conference calls from the home, during the scheduled time the roofing work was to begin. Jose and his team were VERY understanding and provided an option to start the job the following week. Being flexible in their schedule, to met the needs of our tenants was a pleasant surprise. The last thing to note, is on the day they arrived, they placed a door tag on the neighbors homes, explaining they would be there during the week and there would be large vehicles and a lot of noise from job. They provided a name and number for any neighbor to call if they had any question or concerns . I thought that was very professional and went above my expectations. Jim Tanner

Generally pretty well. We had agreed to a few non-standard things in the job... when the work was done, those extras were not... I called to let them know, they immediately scheduled someone to come out and finish those things. I am a perfectionist, so I know I can be a little nit-picky. They were very good at fixing the things I mentioned, no matter how small. Would have preferred they got it all right the first time, but they were very responsive with no arguments or excuses. Certainly not the most expensive option, but not the least expensive either... I feel pretty good about what I paid but know I could have gotten the job done for less.

Yes, had some issues with roof line vents but they came out and replaced with a different manufacturer.

Purchasing a new roof and gutters is an expensive investment. Our goal was to find a company that would provide a quality product and quality installation and customer service within a reasonable price range. We obtained nine bids and decided that Giron Roofing hit the mark on all counts. We were not disappointed! Thanks to Teo, the owner, and his crew for doing an excellent job. Extremely well. The crew was very courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. The job site was left very clean at the end of the project. The quality of the pain job was outstanding. They applied two coats to the entire house. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great experience. They checked out the repairs I needed on Tuesday, sent a quote on Wednesday, finished the job on Saturday. Quick, easy, reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again!

Very good job and they were very fast.

The roof turned out nice. The crew left our house and yard very messy. They left equipment in our front yard, sheets of plywood on our grass for several days, nails in our driveway that I almost ran over. There was plastic wrap from shingles in backyard. There was shingle debris on our deck and on the side of the house. We called and they came to clean up, but made it sound like they had no idea the mess still existed

Jose was very professional and thorough. Work was completed in just a couple of hours, and possible future problems were pointed out. They are very busy and they came out on Saturday to do the job.

They are a very professional group. They showed up when they said they would and do quality work. Their prices are competitive and work very hard. I am very happy with the way things turned out. The owners are part of the crew. That should tell you everything you need to know about their commitment to quality and the customer.

Overall was a good experience. The team worked fast over 3 days and completed the job. They took the time to walk through what they completed. It turned out great and are quite pleased with the result. The only challenge we had was scheduling. There was some miscommunication between the office and project lead, creating some challenges to start dates and arrival time. They didn't go over the quote they provided either, which was a nice surprise! Overall was a positive experience and would recommend.

This is the second review. In the first review we gave a c rating after all the ups and downs of the job, errors and damage. Now, we will give them an F. They did not, despite it being written in our contract do the tuck flashing which caused two chimneys to leak. It has taken months of calls, emails and frustration to get responses. They have gone so far as to say it is not their responsibility. After we showed them a copy of the contract they have decided that they 'might' help us pay for the repairs and damage caused by the leaks. What a nightmare. It is beyond us how this company has an A rating after the terrible customer service, professionalism and overall service. IF YOU HIRE GIRON YOU NEED TO WATCH EVERY MOVE and DOUBLE CHECK WORK AS YOU GO. You cannot trust that they are being conscientious and responsible.

It went extremely well. This was a smooth professional process that lasted two days from start to finish. The roof looks great. The workers cleaned up everything and left no debris behind at all. We couldn't be more pleased.

The project went very smoothly and I am very satisfied with my new roof. They got the job done quickly, did a great job did a through clean up. It was a pleasure working with them!

We are very satisfied how everything went. They scheduled the job starting on a Monday and finished on Thursday, with the Gutters also done. I found the many different crews that came to do the different steps very nice to work with. There is some little extra things I needed done and the boss is working with me on that. It is very much appreciated. They have cleaned up all of the garbage from this job. I would highly recommend this company on their work and the bid they gave us. We only had to pay for extra plywood for repairs they found after removing old roof.

They responded immediately to our inquiry and set up a time for a representative to meet with us and provide an estimate. He also provided information on others in our area who they had recently done roofs for. So we could see the quality of the work and how the final product looked. We engaged their services and they provided information on how the process would work and the materials they were using. The crew we had were very good and communicated with us throughout the process. They did an excellent job and a very complete clean-up.

They did a great job and cleaned up each day. Friendly, courteous and polite workers. I would definitely hire them again as they were careful to ensure my satisfaction.

The work was done a year ago and I am still amazed at the excellent quality of the work in a few difficult locations, and overall. Giron added some roof venting where none had ever existed, they uncovered a bathroom vent which had been hidden during a previous remodel, they recommended and installed larger gutters than had existed previously, they corrected a stormwater infiltration problem from that same remodel which had existed for at least 20 years, the did a beautiful job on replacing a previous poorly sided area on the south side of the house. Everything looks really great and I appreciate the quality of their work
