When I called it was just for a quote on how much the work would cost. They were in the neighborhood and stopped by. When they did they rescued the motorcycle while here talking about the quote. I was very impressed with the immediate service and I have already asked them to come back to do some more tree work."

It was a do it yourself setup. They sent a package with really good instructions. I knew roughly how to install it since I have had another service before. 

I would highly recommend it. It is cellular so it doesn't go into your home WiFi. There is a direct line to my cell phone, so if it goes down, they know about it. You want to have a good, responsive system. They are very good at responding. They extended my guarantee from 30 days to 60 days to see if I will like the service. They also sent me three motion detectors too. 

The one thing I do like is that they have a sensor that you can put on the garage door. If the door goes up a foot, the sensor will go off.
