"The plumber was outstanding. The Office Manager was incompetent. He stated that an above-ground back-flow valve would cost “somewhere around $250.00. (Which I found to be true from my Google searches). He asked for a photo of my existing valve, which I emailed to him. I emailed him again to confirm he received my email, since I heard nothing from him. In my first conversation with him he said he would call the day before the plumber came out. He never called. When the plumber completed his work he called the office to pin down the price of the new valve. The office manager said it was $480.00 +. I called the office and complained. I spoke with the office manager’s boss who offered to take $50.00 off. The experience was not comfortable and strained our finances. Incompetent office manager."

"I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. They sent out 2 separate guys, both broke off pieces of equipment in our drain and were not able to retrieve them. We now have 3 pieces of snake in our drain and keep getting bills in the mail. I've called multiple times to try to resolve this only to be called a liar and asked how I want to pay. RotoRooter has made no attempt to fix the situation by removing the equipment from our drain, which will likely cause more problems in the future. This company has a lot of turnover and very minimal training. One of their employees recommended we call EconoRooter because they are more experienced and have better tools to complete the job. That would be my recommendation as well."

When you need water for boiling, always choose cold water because hot water may contain more dissolved minerals from the pipe, offsetting the flavor of the food.
