"Our windows were not measured correctly and shades were reordered. Over 20 weeks time, we were told the fabric was back ordered, the shades were lost in the mail, reordered but were made incorrectly. We returned half the shades and kept upper shades which were fine. Now I cannot get a receipt for the half of the shades we paid for, the upper shades. Communication over 20 weeks was much less than satisfactory,"

"I had 2 ceiling fans in my home that were wired incorrectly from the day we moved in. APG came and in a very timely manner fixed the issue. Also my washing machine needed the cold water actuator valve replaced and he was right there when I needed him and fixed the issue. He's one of the best out there"
