"I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. They got to my house at 12:01 and presented me with a bill for $289 at 12:25! I tried to question the plumber about the over charge but all to no effect. I pad way to much for a job that should have been handles in a trip charge/service call. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! Never again."

"We had Service Plumbing out to clear out our clogged sewage lines. After 3 hours he tells us he cleared out the entire line and ran a camera to the end and that there was a blockage at the street, and he called the City out. Well the City guys get there and start running their equipment through our lines and tell us there's a clog right next to our house, and that they've had this company lie to them before about this same issue so we need to call a new plumber out. So the next day we get Hunters Super Techs out and sure enough we have a collapsed line right next to the house where the city told us it was. So I'm not really sure what Service Plumbing did for us besides not clear out our line and lie to us that they ran a camera through it but they still charged us $650 for it!!!! Just flush your money down the toilet instead of calling them, your money will go to a better place!"

"The price was way too high—he spent more time away from my home to get parts than he did working (45 minutes—away 15-20 minutes replacing parts) I asked the gentleman if the email would provide an itemized statement—he stated it should. No itemized statement—emailed twice requesting and phoned the next day asking. The lady said we don’t do those we charge by the book! What is the book?? She stated service manager was at lunch but he or she would give me a call back been 4 days since service—still no paperwork or phone call. I then went to parts store and found out the most expensive parts would have been approximately $60; these were not for my cheaper faucet. I just wanted to see the itemized charges—simple request; do they not keep records??! Trevor, who came out on March 14th was very professional and gave me estimates before he did anything—I really appreciated this. Unlike Zachbe price just seemed high for what he did."

To make a long story short: they were over three hours late they left damages to my home there is a MAJOR leak still pouring hundreds of gallons of water into my backyard at this very moment & a leak under my sink My NEW dishwasher is still not completly hooked up or working they wont answer our calls AND now I have to pay a new plumber at least $1100 to start a job that i already paid this company $1000 to do!"
