Appliance Sale
The washer has been returned and replaced 3 times now. The first time it just stopped working. The 2nd time, it flooded my entire room. I now have a 3rd washer, and when they came to install this one, they made me write a note stating I would not contact the local news station and that I was satisfied with their service. The whole time they were here, they were rude and obnoxious and cussing me out. I will never deal with them again! The receipt that they gave me, that was supposed to be from a local appliance dealer, has no contact information, just my information, the brand of washer and the model number. It says warranty on parts and labor for 30 days, exchange only, no cash back. If I need to take it to the appliance store, I need their contact information, and I was never provided that. I would never refer them to anyone!
