He not only moved things to the street for bulk pick-up, but helped rearrange all remaining items in the built-in storage and cleaned each shelf . He organized what we were keeping and it is now a pleasure to go out there. We can always find what we need. We did not tap into all of his talents as a builder/contractor, but we got done what we needed. We will definitely use him again."

"I am very impressed with Eric. He is very professional and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to the proper way things should be built. I hired him because my patio roof was sagging and needed to have the 3 support poles replaced because they were rotting out. Once he got into the job he found that the way it was originally built was not providing adequate support. He recommended instead of replacing the 3 poles to add an additional pole for added support. He was able to do this for just minimum additional cost. I have several other projects that I will be getting quotes from Eric on."

They repaired the air return that I had called about; better than it was originally, ensuring that the problem wouldn't happen again. I had a dripping faucet that a plumber had told me would have to be replaced at a cost of about $200.00 plus a service call.
