Description of Work: Put in a new electrical panel. We had an old panel that wouldn't support the new electric water heater we had to install. Dom was very knowledgeable and professional, also very friendly.

Description of Work: Diagnosed two faulty smoke detectors. They purchased and replaced the bad units. They called to see if they could come earlier, did a great job, and did a good job of explaining why the smoke detectors did not show as faulty until the batteries were replaced. The two gentlemen who showed up were courteous and thorough.

Description of Work: My electrical outlet on the patio needed to be repaired. The Alliance repairman arrived on time and competed the repair in a timely manner. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also check the outlet to make sure it was working properly.

Description of Work: Installed a new combination light switch and outlet. I had a broken switch/outlet combo in my living room. I attempted to install a new one from my local hardware store. Despite what appeared to me to be a correct wiring hookup, it didn't work so I called in a professional. He was able to use the switch I supplied. It turns out I had not attached the wires properly. He got it working quickly.

Description of Work: The work that was discussed with me and my tenant was not done according to our conversion. I would never recommend them or consider them in the future. They have very poor customer service and basically do not care if their customers are satisfied with the work that was done. Roger, the owner does not return phone calls as promised and also left me and my tenant believing that he was going to come out to access the work but never called back and even promised to give my tenant a gift certificate to Chill's to make up for the 5 hours she had to take off of work to meet them. Of course he never showed up to access the work much less bring a gift certificate! They are all talk and no action! I wish I had never called them! What a waste and money for a job that was poorly done.

Description of Work: I called Alliance and they provided me with a few ideas to try first to keep me from paying for something I could do myself. While trying those things we found the problem easily fixed. I will call them if I need electrical repair again.

Description of Work: I used Alliance Electric to do some electric work in the house. They changed out and fixed some fluorescent light fixtures in the house.

Description of Work: I had lights flickering on/off in kitchen and lights permanently flickering in my living room (looked like a disco club). Mike came out and diagnosed the problems for both rooms and got them back to working normal! He also took the time to make sure the problems weren't due to major issues first and then find a relatively easy solution to the problem. HIGHLY recommend this company. I plan to always use this company for electrical problems in the future.
