We have used this company a couple of times for major repairs at our home. The first time was after the October 2020 ice storm. Our home is in a historic district and had lots of mature trees. Many of them came down in the ice storm. In the process, the trees took down the main electrical lines and pulled our electrical panel right off the outside of our house. Alliance was able to come out quickly and get us back up and running once OG&E did their part. More recently, we were having our lights in our 1938 house flickering. They determined that while most of the electrical in the house had been updated at one point or another, the panels and lines in our basement were still original. They also determined that some of our outlets were too old and needed to be replaced. They came out and replaced the original panels and wiring in the basement and replaced the elderly outlets for a very reasonable fee. They do really good work for reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Alliance correctly diagnosed that the problem was with the dishwasher not the electrical wiring and we later had it fixed. In the meantime, they discovered some electrical work that would put our house back into code (e.g., outside breaker box instead of an outside fuse box and an inadequate inside breaker box) but it was too costly for us at that time. Alliance was very professional in their diagnosis, however. They also quickly replaced a faulty light switch and we paid for that plus the visit cost.

Superbly! Kelly and Chris even fixed a pretty major boo-boo that another electrician had left behind -- and at no extra charge!

It went incredibly well. I called on a Friday and Ted work was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning. Kelly and his assistant were very friendly and professional. Very pleased and would absolutely use again!

Didn't use - WILL NEVER USE! Way to expensive. What I paid compared to what they quoted - I saved $2,411 using another company and freed up that cash capital for use in other aspects of my project.

They were very courteous, they were very kind, they were very experienced, but on the same token, they were very expensive. They are expensive, but you can not fault their manner, their treatment, their work, and their work ethic.

Sergio and his partner (AJ I think) were awesome. They were very polite. Service was very fast and efficient. I called Thursday morning. They came out Thursday afternoon to give me an estimate. They began work on Monday morning and finished up on Tuesday afternoon. It was a very large job requiring running electric lines up through the frame of my old barn, then underground, then inside my new barn. I had 4 outlets installed. The job was just over $3,000. They were on time and completed the job as stated and patient when I changed my mind several times. I will use OurElectric/Alliance Electric Services again. Sergio and his partner deserve a big THANK YOU.

We called them and they came out quickly. We worked with Kelly Williams, and he looked over the house and gave us an estimate within a few minutes. By the end of the week he had the parts ordered and installed on our house. He was friendly and professional and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived quickly on Monday after my Sunday call to them and restored our service. The two Alliance servicemen, Hunter and Sergio, arrived as soon as possible and replaced the riser and hub and restored our power. They also checked the wiring to our electric water heater to make sure the wiring was undamaged. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm pleased with Alliance and would not hesitate to call them again. This is the third time we've needed their help in the past three years. I'm not really sure about my price evaluation since I did not call and other business to compare. It make be excellent. In any event we got our air-conditioning back!

The initial call to the office went great. A tech was scheduled right away to go out and bid the job. They were on time and provided a price the same day. The detailed proposal was reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of dealing with Terry and he took care of everything I needed from start to finish. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a professional, courteous, affordable and reliable electrician.

They were on time, took very good care to not damage anything, explained everything they would do and what it would cost, went to Lowe's to get things for a ceiling fan that had been lost, completed everything on my long list in just a few hours. I will certainly use them in the future and tell friends and family about them!

I had an immediate good first impression with the representative/technician, Kelly, who did the initial estimate and recommendations. There was no pressure on what I should do. He asked questions to respond to what I was saying so I could understand what they would need to do. The house is old and Kelly and his team went right to work once we agreed on first stage. Kelly represents the company professionally, has strong experience in his trade and skills, but is also a good communicator. I saw that with our conversations. The company put no pressure to do all at once, and I have asked them to return again soon to complete a few other additional estimated needs). The approximate cost of service I listed represents two full visits and work to date. Of the many services I have used for getting this house settled, Alliance Electric is one of the most professional.

Was one of many houses (especially in my neighborhood) that returned home from Thanksgiving to find a large tree limb fallen onto the power line from the pole to the house and tearing the electrical panel off the side of the house. Called Alliance the next morning expecting to have a long wait for service given the amount of calls electricians had been getting. They were able to have a team come to my house that same day and by 5pm they had the power line free from the downed tree limb, the electrical panel replaced and the line restrung with power restored. Was impressed by the quick and professional service. Will plan on using them again in the future.

Kelly Williams was our electrician and he was outstanding. He along with his apprentice, DJ was prompt, courteous, friendly, clean and very knowledgeable. They had come a week prior to do our requested electrical inspection. They spent at least 2 hours, if not more, inspecting the electrical system of our newly purchased home. They then carefully explained everything they found to us, and at our request they indicated which was the most important to address first. They returned the following week to do the work over a 4 day period. I can not say enough good things about the company, Our Electrician, and the 2 men who did all the work. I've had electrical work done on my other house and the men were very sloppy and left behind a mess. These 2 men worked diligently to do our work and do it right. Everything has been perfect. We need to have some pool wiring done this spring and I already have my request in for Kelly and DJ. On a personal note, to show what a kind human being Kelly is, after the OSU tragedy he reached out to us to make sure she or my husband and myself weren't injured. A very classy and much appreciated gesture on his part.

While I was reading the paper on a Thursday morning around 6 am, all of a sudden the electrical outlet in the bathroom started making a lot of noise and then the power to the bathroom and to part of my study went out. I called Alliance and got a person who was immediately helpful even though she was not in the office yet. I called back at 7:00 am and got a visit scheduled for that morning. The people I dealt with were great and I really felt they cared about my problem. Kelly Williams, arrived when scheduled, looked at the ground fault interrupter in the bathroom and replaced it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was quite impressed with this company's people and their service.
