Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design. "John was booked three weeks in advanced but was able to squeeze me in on the second Sunday. I purchased an 8 hour deal but he left an hour early. I am guessing that is because time changed that day and his time was on the old clock. He was not able to get my new kitchen faucet to work and took it apart to inspect. He thought it was faulty and advised me to buy another. I attempted to install the same faucet the next day and it worked fine this time. There was a few other things that we couldn't get to because we ran out of time. Aside from the kitchen faucet, everything went well. Very nice guy and easy to work with."
"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"The guys that came out were professional and covered the shrubs and took great pains to protect my property. It took them two days and they did a great job cleaning up and using a thing with a magnet on it to pick up all of the roofing nails from my old roof. My roof looks great and am so thankful that I called Outdoor Creations Roofing. Now I have a roof with a 50 year warranty and will not have to worry about my roof again."
Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels. He was very responsive to my questions/ requests. I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process. He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner. The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them. "Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate.
