"Great! Jose and crew worked diligently. Deck demolition took longer than the patio. Because of rain, they ended up having to pour the patio on a Saturday. I appreciate that he kept the footprint of the deck, due to existing landscaping. Looks great and very pleasant to work with!"

Jose Viddaurri was the foreman for the job done at my house. I cannot say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond to make sure he did the job correctly! He was extremely patient and answered all of the questions that I had as he went along! From explaining what he was doing as he drilled the holes in the concrete to finishing picking up the foam that was blown around, he did an exceptional job! Give this guy a raise!!!!! I can?t say much about the co-foreman (Tony) who spent more time on his phone than he did working. I think I picked up more scattered foam than he did. "Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.
