He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he went out of his way to respect my property, and his knowledge and expertise about all things chimney are fantastic. His professionalism is tremendous, and reminds me of how things used to be. Besides that, his prices are fair and very reasonable! I had a complicated problem involving water intrusion into the house, and he was able to diagnose some solutions and execute them. He made two trips to the house. We just had 3 inches of rain and nary a drop came in the house. I was thrilled with his work, and I am telling all my friends and family about Soot Busters. He gets an A++++ and then some! He's a gem."

"Seemed good but unable to report fully on quality of work done since I've never had my chimney"whipped" as opposed to swept before. I was told it was superior to "sweeping", don't know that. Apparently service man "did not have proper shoes to go on my roof to sweep from above. I was a little appalled by this. I will see how it works when I have my first fire. Assume work is guaranteed.
