The service person was very nice person as well as those who answered the phone at the office when you could get them. They performed warranty work. They fixed it, thats it. it took close to a month for them to get a part I could pick up in an hour. The first time they came they said they had to order the part. They also said they can only get it when they order so much. We were told that the warehouse was on the north side of the city. When asked why don't they just go get the part, we were told they don't have the time for that. When they finally came back to fix it they had the wrong part. My wife was angry. She said when you were here the first time the warehouse supposedly had 45 in stock. The service person this time indicated they have warehouses all over the city. So he went and picked up the part. He could have done this last month, but no we had to wait almost a month thru the holiday season with no dryer. My wife was house bound because she was taking care of an invalid mother. You know what it is like hanging out laundry when it is freezing outside. We have no choice but to use this service provider. They have the warranty contract.
