Prompt and courteous. I thought $70 was a little much for 10 minutes and one washer for a leaky outdoor faucet but maybe that is the going rate. I would have tried it myself but I thought the whole faucet needed replacing. That is what a different plumber from a different company told me when I had a different faucet with a leak. He charged me more than double.
The plumber (owner) had us pull off all of the tile in the bathroom after saying that the tub would have to be turned around, and that AHS would pay for the repair (didn't check with AHS first). Well, after all of the tiles were removed AHS did not approve the work to be conducted and the guy has not been back to finish the repair. <br /> After getting a second opinion (at the advice of AHS), the tiles did not need to be removed. The leak was undetected for so long that mold had begun to grow. We now have to get the insurance involved and replace wall components. <br /> If Solid Plumbing did not try to make excess repairs, and simply repaired what they were originally contracted to repair, then our bathroom would have been spared a demolition and we would not have to use our neighbors bathroom every time my family has to use the restroom or shower. <br /> <br />
Over all I was pleased with the work done by Solid Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again if needed. <br />
