"Couldn't be happier with the results, but the best part of the experience is all the amazing, hard-working, highly dedicated and profesisonal people who work for this company. We have an older home (1984 build) with a very large open, back patio. Water erosion and tree roots had wrecked havoc on the concrete causing joint erosion, extensibe wide cracks, shifting and lift. I didn't want to jack it all up and go to the expense of re-pouring and hoped this would be a smart solution. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I've used Hays for 2 projects so far. He did a good job repairing some soffits on the first job so I asked if he did tile. A flooring store and a tile guy had already measured the area and came up with 620 to 650 square feet. Bob said it was 520 square feet. His honesty saved me from buying way too much tile that I would not have been able to return. He did a great job on the oversized tile which is difficult to lay. I'll be using him again for future jobs!!!"
