Everything turned out great. As the old saying goes, "they don't make them like them used to."

My spouse wanted a light weight vacuum to replace her 'heavyweight' vacuum made by a company based in Canton, Ohio. She was pleased with the job her old vacuum did but was tiring of lugging it up and down stairs in our two story home. She wanted a lighter weight machine. We went to reviews made by a national consumer rating publication. They identified one vacuum that was very light weight and did a very good cleaning job. We then went to the manufacturers website and identified dealers in Ohio. This machine is sold in a limited number of vacuum specialty stores - you won't find it in the mass retailers. Fortunately for us, Action Vacuum was running a sales promotion on the model we were most interested in. We have been most pleased with its performance and light weight. Yearly machine maintenance was part of the sales package. We just took the machine in and Jeff lubricated the machine and changed the belt with a one hour turn around time. We highly recommend this local merchant for high end vacuum cleaners or systems.

My vacuum is absolutely the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had-it's very worth it! I have all wooden floors and it does a great job on the wood.

I took sweeper to their store for service because it was making a loud noise like something grating inside. Jeff said it didn't sound like the motor, so that was a good thing. I picked it up a few days later and he said they cleaned it up and replaced the belt. When I got it home it was still making the same noise. So I took it back and talked with Jeff again. This time I turned it on myself to demonstrate the noise. Right away he suspected the roller bar which he immediately replaced for the cost of the part. The sweeper works fine now. The first time I went there, I made the assumption that they would run the sweeper to see what the noise might be. Now it seems to me they never turned it on again and just automatically cleaned it. I really don't mind having paid for the sweeper to be cleaned (which it didn't need), but I feel it should have been fixed the first time. Next time I will insist on demonstrating the problem as carefully as possible so they better understand what needs to be done.

Have had my vacuum cleaner nearly 20 years due to regular tune-up's at Action Vacuum. I really like how they never pressured me in to buying one of their new vacuum cleaners on the sales floor and were willing to tune up my old one so many times.

THEY HAD A FAIR PRICE, LOWER THAN COMPETITION. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY BY FRIDAY AND WAS DONE ON WEDNESDAY. THERE WAS ONE EXCEPTION WITH THE RUBBER RING. IT BROKE RIGHT AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. I DON'T KNOW IF HE SAW IT WAS WORN AT THE TIME.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY FAST. FOLKSY AND GREAT!

THEY GAVE ME $16 BACK BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT.
