I started JD’s Lawn Care because I wanted to build something of my own while providing a service that people genuinely need. Growing up, I learned the value of hard work and taking pride in what you do, and lawn care gave me a way to turn that mindset into a business. I noticed that many homeowners either didn’t have the time, equipment, or energy to keep their yards looking the way they wanted, and I saw an opportunity to step in and help while creating a steady source of income for myself.\n\nStarting JD’s Lawn Care was also about independence. I didn’t want to rely on someone else to determine my schedule, my income, or my future. By running my own business, I’m able to take control of those things and push myself to grow every day. Each lawn I take care of is a reflection of my work ethic and attention to detail, and that motivates me to keep improving.\n\nAnother big reason I started this company is the satisfaction that comes from seeing immediate results.

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
