Best awning pros near Walbridge, OH

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"I hired States Canvas LLC to remove a broken retractable SunSetter awning on my back patio that was stuck open, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They got the job done quickly, communicated excellently throughout, and charged a very fair price. On top of that, they went the extra mile by fitting me in sooner than expected - I was about to leave for vacation and worried the stuck awning would catch the wind and cause damage, and they made sure that wasn't a concern. Highly recommend!"

"Very courteous of my property and needs. They acted professional and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the experience and will be using for future needs."

I’m 36 year old, have been doing mainly industrial maintenance the past 6 years or so. Love fixing and putting together all kinds of different things. Not as experienced with home improvements but I have done my fair share, and am never afraid to take on a challenge. I can say that no matter what you throw at me, I will find a way to complete the job and make sure the customer is satisfied.

"We had retractable screens installed on our existing porch. Steve, the rep, was punctual, very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Install crew was punctual, professional and got the job done in half a day. We love how they look, operate and everything about them! Highly recommend product and people."
