"Leo came to our house to do a check up on our air-conditioner. He was very polite, I have an odd size filter & it needed replaced, I didn't have one so he went to his truck & made one for me & installed it. The purchase of the AC unit & furnance from this company comes with check ups. He even took time to pet & talk to our miniature doxies, they liked him too."

"While in the basement he explained to me what he would be doing from the basement side of it. He did his work in a timely manner, was finished and stopped to show us the pictures of before and after of the air ducts. "The old green monster (Niagara)gave up the ghost after many yrs of faithful serviceon one of the coldest days. Called a few heating services but they were the first to respond and supply an Eta. Service arrived when expected and diagnosed problem but because of the age no parts available. Was able to bandaid the problem so had heatSalesperson arrived that night during a snowstorm so I could get the replacement the next day. Installation techs arrived next day. Can't say enough about Jeff and Eddie--was not an easy job to remove that old cast iron furnace and the cement pedestal. Explained the new furnace and thermostat. Very professional and left the basement cleaner than how they found it. As this was an urgent situation did not have the luxury of investigating costs but I feel that the price was fair for all the labor involved.
