So far the service has been really good. The technician was able to answer all of my questions at the time. The only issue with ATT is that once you need a question answered the customer service phone line takes quite a lot of time. It is an exhausting experience to simply express my concerns....

I have a fast internet connection. They are my local phone company and I have a bundle package. They cannot change the price for 3 years. I have had good service with them and when I have a problem, I can call them and they will walk me through it. I am glad that I switched over to satellite TV....
