They showed up on time. Were professional. Installed a tv antenna on my chimney 44 feet in air. They removed two Directv antennas that I no longer used and reused the coaxial cable from one of them. I now receive 68 free channels with an excellent picture.

Excellent. Highly recommend them. I wanted to eliminate my cable and after three in house antennas only provided one channel I opted to spend the money for an external antenna. Extremely glad I did.

They were right on time and hooked up a bedroom television to our antenna. They got me all set up in a timely matter and were very friendly and professional. They originally installed my antenna about four years ago and have had no problems with since.

OUTSTANDING. Two workers showed up and had my house up and running with TV in less than two hours. They called before they came (which I requested), worked effIciently, did a great job, removed an old antenna without added cost, and were extremely nice and professional. Took the time to do it right and explained everything thoroughly. This is an outstanding company. I live in Mogadore--quite a ways from Cleveland--but I now have 59 crystal clear channels in four rooms across three floors. We didn't do it, but you can also run Sling TV through your internet to get your old cable channel favorites for 20 bucks a month. Honestly, I have no idea why anyone pays for cable today. I don't know why we didn't do this sooner. If you go the antenna route, go with these guys. You won't regret it. Great job!!

The job was well done, by two very professional and personable gentlemen. With a minimum of disruption to our household, they came, they worked, they were successful. We now have excellent tv reception, without the monthly $$$$ for cable.

Quick and professional. They connnected the new anntena to the old satellite cables. The only hiccup was that I had requested 2 antennae, each pointed ar the major areas (Cleveland and Akron). Unfortunately they only brought one but said if I had trouble with reception they would come install the other. I am having some reception issues so I will be calling them to install the second one soon.

It took less than an hour and everything has been working fine. The picture is better than I got with cable. I'm using the antenna and subscribed to Sling TV and I'm saving $60 a month. Antenna will pay for itself in 8 months.

The service provided was top notch. Upon arrival, Joel informed me that he had just installed our antenna two years ago (previous owners), it was a high-quality antenna, and realizing upon arrival that it was one of his, he was confused as to why we might have called him. So the only thing they needed to do was install an additional coax line across the roof, drill and mount an inside coax outlet, and fill/weatherize the new inlet. They did a great job, timely, efficient, and left no mess whatsoever. I did feel like the charge was a little high, based on the fact that they had to do no work on the actual antenna, and we were billed a little less than half the amount he had estimated on the phone that it would cost if we needed an entirely new antenna installed. I am always happy to pay a little extra for a job done well and prompt service calls.

They came out and had the unit installed promptly. They asked if I had any questions and told me to call them if I had any problems.

My big screen TV went out and could not be repaired.  I called Cleveland Antenna to see if they could move my bedroom TV to the living room and connect it to Directv, DVD and Antenna.

I called at 2:30 p.m. and Joel said if that was all I needed, he'd swing by on the way back to the shop. 

Joel arrived at 3:45 p.m., switched my TVs, programed it in and gave me my tutorial on how to switch to the different setups.

All that and he was out of here at 4:15 p.m..  He knows what he's doing.  Personally I have not seen him stumped yet.

I know I wasn't getting an antenna,  (I got one thru Joel already.  That's how I knew how good he was at setups.) but I thought I'd give it a shot and called him to see if He'd do it.  (Since I'm Hi Tech illiterate!)  He was very gracious about it and did not make me feel that I should know this stuff. 

If I do replace my big screen, He said he'd be happy to set it up for me and switch my bedroom TV back to the bedroom.

If you have  a problem, give it a shot and call him like I did.  I don't know if He only does it for his customers or not.  Speaking of which, an antenna connected directly to your TV is great to have when the weather zaps the satellite dish.  Think about calling him for that.  Watch the news & weather to see what's happening out there during the storm!  I do it all the time now.

He came and explained what he would do, went on the roof and installed the antenna. It was a cold, windy winter day, but he said that was what they always do and he was used to it. He came back in and ran the channel scanner on both TVs in our household. On our main TV one of the channels that should have been coming in clearly was not as clear as it should be so he went back on the roof and played with the antenna again, and eventually put a larger one up to get a stronger signal. 
Jeff was very aware of our area, the topography, the radio and TV signals, the types of TVs, providers, and machines out there. He is able to provide a Tivo type recorder if you want it, but for the type of TV watching we do, that is not necessary. He was not a hard sell but knew he has a product that sells itself. 
Our product has been installed now about 6 weeks and it is working just wonderfully. We have no cable TV and we get about 50 channels - about 25 we want to watch. It more than meets our needs.

Joel was very professional. I explained that I wanted my antenna completely separate from my satellite hook up. I wanted it straight to my tvs.  He said "no problem" and checked quality of existing wiring in basement and the existing flow of wires in basement.  He installed the new antenna and lightning surge protector.  I needed a converter box on one of my tvs and he installed that too.  He then showed me how to switch to my antenna on both tvs.  He checked all channels on the screen and that is when he discovered my main tv was not receiving the number of channels he expected. He then checked all the hook ups to satellite and tv.  That is when he discovered a wire that was not needed to my satellite and was causing interference to my antenna.  He scanned for channels again and received 44 this time.  He made sure my satellite was functioning as well as my antenna on both sets.

• Very prompt,friendly,knowledgeable.  Having said that,I need to explain that everything was explained to me before it was done. When if was discovered that a Pre-Amp was needed to boost my service and my picture quality, it was discussed before anything was completed. When checking on my picture quality on my TV,I was assured that the Pre-Amp was what helped in the number of channels I received. The picture is wonderful. I am very pleased with this service. I would highly recommend it to anyone. And, thanks to my son's "gift" I have a beautiful picture and many channels without paying every month.

On time; even in light snow.  As promised and discussed on the telephone. Professional. pleasant.  Offered good information.  I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

My existing digital antenna was moved during a house remodel; that move resulted in poor television reception.
Cleveland Antenna Service came out and analyzed the antenna position to determine its best position, then gave me a couple of options for placement. The antenna was repositioned with a new mount, new coaxial cable was run to the existing hookup location in my home, and everything now works great and I am completely satisfied. The work was done efficiently and professionally.
