"DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR, VICTOR ADDIS, WITHOUT SEEING HIS WORK IN PERSON AT 3922 GROVE AVE NORWOOD 45212!!! FEEL FREE TO WALK UP THE DRIVEWAY AND TOWARD THE GARAGE. CHECK OUT THE FRONT STEPS AND WALKWAYS!!!! HE CHARGED ME $11,500 FOR THIS CRAPPY JOB!!!! THE WHOLE LENGTH OF THE DRIVEWAY CRACKED IMMEDIATELY!!! AND HE WILL NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK.
