 + -1 moreARRIVED ON-TIME AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR QUICKLY. VERIFIED THAT THE PART WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AND EXPLAINED THAT THE PART IS LIKELY TO FAIL AGAIN. ACTUALLY SHOWED ME HOW TO DO THE REPAIR MYSELF SO THAT I COULD SAVE THE SERVICE CALL CHARGE THE NEXT TIME IT FAILS.

 + -1 morePRICES WERE BETTER THAN THE ''BIG BOX'' STORES. QUALITY NAME BRAND APPLIANCES (NOT JUST MAYTAG) SCOTT - THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COULD EVEN TELL US WHERE THE APPLIANCES WERE MANUFACTURED. THE GUYS WHO DELIVERED THE APPLIANCES WERE PROMPT AND POLITE.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR, RANGE AND DISHWASHER. PRODUCTS WERE DELIVERED ON TIME AS PROMISED.
