"When I first had this company do small projects for me, I was impressed with the work, however, as the projects kept being done, he was always in such a hurry. He had so many customers to handle, he did not have time to really do a good job. He replaced a vanity in a bathroom, and cracked the drain pipe (2 inch crack). It was left. It began to leak and ruined my ceiling in my living room. So now all the plumbing and ceiling need replaced at my cost. He installed bead board on another bathroom along with trim. It was the worst job I have ever seen. I sat down and cried after he left. Again at my out-of-pocket costs, I now have a beautiful bathroom installed properly.
He needs to be up front with customers that his scope of work does not include plumbing, electrical or fine carpentry.

Once you cancel a service with a satellite tv provider, they do not return to deinstall the dish. $75 for dish removal. Which includes patching up holes from the mount, cleaning up designated area and disposing of dish. $100 for dish removal PLUS wire management. Which includes disposing of exterior/interior cables that are no longer in use and/or cleaning up cables that are in use.
