"Sales person was misleading by promising the garage door opener to be functional after the install. Installers replaced the door on Friday and as the sales person did not indicate that a broken pulley needs to be replaced - they did not have the part with them. They promised to exchange the pulley and reconnect the door to the opener early next week leaving us without garage door opener over the weekend - with a door without external handle or lock - so pretty inconvenient after paying $540. Nobody called us on Monday and upon our complaints, we were told that the exchange of the pulley (a $7 part) would be a $150 service fee. I was considering having them drive out after I exchanged the pulley (an easy 3 minute repair) as the reconnect was explicitly part of the contract but as they insisted on the pulley repair being not part of the contract I told them to forget it. Overall a petty, unprofessional company that I would not recommend!"

"If there was a zero star I would leave it! The company took my money and my time with three different appointments and gave me nothing but a headache. After purchasing three large windows and the company taking my security deposit I received a call weeks later only to be told the company is not equipped to install the windows and does not have the equipment. I thought the name of the company was Toledo Door & WINDOW? Better change your name to Toledo Door and Maybe Windows. I would of thought a company that says they install windows would know on the first or second appointment if there company was established enough to take a job to install three windows but I guess not. "With only 999 characters? Here it goes; 1. Measured 2 times and still got 1 window 10" too small. 2 seperate guys, 2 different days. project team did not question different measurements when putting in production to make windows. No QA/QC process. 2. The detailed install process did NOT occur. NO tarps/cloth/plastic. Dust & dirt everywhere. Cleanup was laughable with a tiny hose vacuum. 3. Windows are NOT sealed across the bottom. Despite detailed install described, install did not seal bottom of window to frame/sill. NO insulation between window and frame/sill. wind blowing in under window! 4. communicated issues to salesman. Second install day, same install crew, took NO responsibility for bugs getting into house and admitted not sealing windows as this was their SOP. 5. Waiting on 3rd install day to resolve factory deformity in window frame. 6. No customer service, no resolution. Not worth the hassle."

They charge more than the folks who usually do it but the job was perfect and most people just send one guy. "Initially all went well, they did a nice job putting in the pool and the first few years were fine. But as the pool aged and I required service, the response got bad. They did not answer emails or phone calls and it took repeated attempts to contact them to get anything done. The decking around pool warped and I asked them about fixing it and instead they hammered in a bunch of nails to hold it in place. When the external pool heater failed, I was promised that Art would come out and fix it. I waited all season and even when the pool was closed, they still didn't do anything. I finally had enough and changed company"
