Dadstasks Painting and Remodeling LLCDadstasks quickly responded to my request for a gutter cleaning. We scheduled a time and they arrived early sending two young gentlemen for the task. I was not home at the time, but my wife was and she stated that they were very friendly and professional. They went right to work and finished quickly cleaning up behind themselves. All gutter material was hauled away. It started raining heavily not long after they finished and there were no more clogged gutters or gutter overflow. Great job!- Todd C.

Elite Group EnterpriseMr. Ridgeway showed up on time with the equipment (rental extended lift) he quoted in his estimate. He proceeded to clean out the drains and downspouts and install the screens to help prevent clogging. He also installed screens in the downspouts of two of my front areas that did not have gutters. He had told me that they might not work as well on an older house that did not have gutters feeding the downspout. True to his word, one of the screens clogged again at the first large downpour. Mr. Ridgeway came back and pulled out the screen, by ladder, at no charge to me. Well done job despite my best effort to not listen to him.- Charles N.

They were able to schedule the work as early as two days later. The other companies I had called were not equipped to do the work I needed done. At first I thought the estimate was high, however, having seen all of the work involved and the huge difference afterward it was well worth the cost.- Margaret B.

My company consists of myself and on occasion a helper if the job requires it. I focus on roofing and gutters. This allows me to keep it simple, and give my customers the respect that they deserve from start to finish. Also because my company is so small, I do not accept credit cards, but will gladly accept a personal check or cash. I am licensed as a roofer for the city of Columbus, also bonded, and insured.
Recent Review:
I called James at 7:30 on Monday morning. I explained that after the weekend storms I discovered a leak coming through the roof. James told me he could be out the same day. At 1:00 James called me and arrived at my home. He assessed the leak, took a photo to show me the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I've seen no leaking since then. James is fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. I will call him again when the need arises.

The project manager was very responsive. I did have to initiate most communication to verify when work was to be completed and follow up when they said they were working and did not show, but he was prompt to respond. The project kept getting moved out due to issues the crew had with their vehicle. In the sales pitch, I was told about this family company that does the work, but this job was outsourced. The crew did great work, however, they left me a mess to clean up. I collected an oatmeal can full of nails and other debris from my driveway and yard. They removed a metal awning and did not remove the connecting attachments from the ground, leaving sharp metal exposed. Had to remove myself. To do the siding they also removed the electrical line attached to my house, but did not reattach properly. Was told they normally did not do that, was offered a $100 discount, but that would not cover the cost of an electrician to fix. The siding crew also took away more gutter downspouts than they should have and they replaced those with no additional costs, but that was the fault of the siding crew. The end product looks great.

Once the green light for the project was given, our fencing project was underway. Doug had the utility company come check for buried utilities, and had materials delivered the morning his crew was starting. The guys set the footers on Day One and built the fence on Day Two. They cleaned up all their building supplies plus disposed of the fences that were removed. Not only do we love the fence, our neighbors do as well. The guys worked around trees, tons of tree roots, were respectful of the neighbor's garden, and cared about the quality of their work.

We reached out to SunSetter for a new awning, and they connected us to Weather Armor as an official dealer/installer. We met with Matt for the estimate, and he walked us through all the possibilities and options (both good and bad). Most of our waiting was for the manufacturer once we decided to buy a 12x20 motorized awning with screen. Total time from buy to install was 4-5 weeks. The installers came out, and installed and cleaned up in under 2 hours. Product works great and performs as expected.

His prices are way out of line, charged $ 495 to clean gutters that took less than an hour. He "doesn't like" gutter guards so he took them off and left them for the homeowner to dispose of. Condensing arrogant butt hole.
