To us, if a customer is not willing to call us back for another job or refer us to family and friends, we did not do our job

There were a ton of complications due to how our house was built (back in the 60s) but Chris at renewal worked for 9 days straight to get it done as soon as possible, and we weren’t charged anything more for the extra time.
