HE IS VERY SYSTEMATIC IN HIS APPROACH WHICH HELPS HIM BE SURE HE DOESN''T OVERLOOK ANYTHING. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS TAKING CARE TO ADD EXPLANATIONS TO HELP US UNDERSTAND HIS ANSWERS.
