My client hired and PAID Mark to inspect a Ranch home. Word on the block is that he hates agents at his inspections and apparently hates Realtors all together. So my client and I agree that I do not go as we don't want him to be distracted since apparently it will already take 4 hours to inspect a ranch home without a basement. Instead, I call and text him to introduce myself and give my info but no response. I continue to do this over the next 10 days but still nothing and no report. My client never received the report he paid for! When I started to speak about this publicly, numerous agents chimed in to say they had similar experiences with him and he cursed at them and called them names and is just a miserable human being. This is the first inspector to act like this as all the others have welcomed me to attend the inspections and always have the report to me within 48 hrs. I feel horrible for my client because he never received the results in which he paid in full. He deserves zero stars!!! ?

The owner had health issues at the time and we had difficulty getting him out there for a few weeks, but the work he did was excellent and critical. Unfortunately, one of two FHA inspectors gave an opinion that was not only not valid, but he stated the resolution would only cost a minimal amount (not true). Thankfully, Wing stated what we already knew was true, that there was nothing wrong with the foundation at all.

He did an outstanding job. It took a long time for him to come because of health issues; however, i would definitely hire again.

Mark was outstanding in conducting his work. I would recommend him highly to anyone purchasing a home. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He spent over six hours examining our home. He found a number of issues to be aware of. He also found some discrepancies in how the house was listed vs work that was actually done on the house. He was extremely professional and really took extra time before and after the home inspection to understand our concerns and explain all of his findings. I strongly recommend Mark.

Mark was excellent throughout the process. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process. He responded to all my questions professionally. I learned a lot from him about our house. He wrote thorough reports. I feel that our house is of high quality in part because of Mark;s oversight.

Mark showed up on time and was very professional. We had two home inspections performed, we did not close on the first house due to cost negotiations after the home inspection and the second one we went through closing. Mark went through each item in detail and was willing to explain and answer all of my questions. The price was competitive and fair and he was very thorough.

We met him at the property (he was right on time), he explained what he was going to do for the inspection, and then he inspected the house very thoroughly (we had the option of also looking for things that we had questions about or waiting; he was very accommodating every time we had a question! He then spent time going over the inspection report with us at the end.

Mark did a wonderful job with our inspection. Before he got started, he took the time to talk with us about our plans for the house. He went through what we could expect during the inspection. He encouraged us to ask questions and to talk freely about any concerns we might have. Throughout the inspection, Mark discussed with us his findings and at the end, he went over in detail everything he found. He equipped us with the information we needed to make the decision that is right for us. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable when answering them. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing a home inspection.

The Wing Inspection Group was referred to me by my father. I used their service for another house that I had liked prior to the inspection. That inspection literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs since I didn't buy that house! So, I was eager to call again when I found another house I liked. Mark was very straight forward in explaining what items are not included in the inspection. He also made sure that any items noted in the report were shown and fully explained to me. He is a truly stand-up guy and I am so grateful for the services he provided!

I have used him twice before so he was familiar with me. He was telling me that things were o.k. and they really weren't and come to find out I had to have people come out to fix it which cost me a lot of money. He said that the whole electrical panel was ok and it was not ok, it was even unsafe. I wanted my money back and he never returned my calls. He overlooked something that was major and obvious. Overall I would say that he was not thorough.

Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We feel reassured now that we know the true condition of our house.

They also preformed a radon test.

It was excellent because he was very thorough and professional. He did the job right and the price was fair. He was good about answering my questions and concerns.

Mark Wing is an excellent home inspector and a genuinely nice person. He really took the time to get to know us and to understand our concerns about the two homes that we hired him to inspect. He was open to us following him around as he completed the inspections, explaining the various features of the homes to us, as well as pointing out problem areas and items that might be issues for the future. He was extremely professional in his demeanor and unbiased throughout the entire process. He returned our calls quickly, always clearly stating his professional opinion, and his flexibility in scheduling the inspections really helped us out, as we were relocating from out of state.

He arrived on time, was very courteous and informative.

I have to say that Mark did the most thorough inspection I've ever seen. I'm very glad I hired him; he saved us from buying a MONEY PIT!

Mark is extremely thorough and detail. The format he uses for the report is also very easy to understand and allows the client to receive the report immediately. He explained everything to us as he was going through the home and went over the entire report with us at the end. He was wonderful to work with. We've even called him with questions after he completed his work and has returned all of our phone calls within hours.

We ended up not getting the house due to the inspection. I was there with him during the inspection. I appreciated what he did for us. He helped us out of a bad situation. I was a little disappointed in his report, though. It was hand written and done the same day as the inspection. A little less than what I had expected. He also mentioned that he normally does not inspect older homes. He was a very nice gentlemen, but he was overwhelmed by things he saw in the older home. It would have been nice to have someone who was familiar with older houses. Again, it wasn't a major deal b/c he did help us out of this bad situation.

First, Mark and his staff are very responsive and helpful in getting the appointment scheduled. Most importantly, Mark's work quality is just excellent. He spent about 5 hours on this project, and found many subtle problems that we would not have recognized. He explained all of the significant problems, and showed us the major ones. I found him professional and easy to work with. We recommend him highly.

Job 1;He was careful to note all issues. Job 2; He took a lot of time to check out everything in the home. He made several suggestions to us that helped our decision on whether to purchase the home.
