Description of Work: They have done a great job and are more reasonable in price than the bigger name competitors. They didn't get back to me on an estimate that the tech onsite couldn't give me though, so that was a little disappointing.

Description of Work: Technician replaced a light fixture in my closet and replaced an outside socket. The technician was extremely professional and was very skilled in replacing the light fixture and the socket. The price was a bit high for the simplicity of the job, but overall I was pleased and would recommend Converse electric.

Description of Work: Billy arrived on time and was very professional. He added 2 exterior outlets and a switch for our garage lights. He was very helpful and discussed what he saw and how to best address our needs. I only gave a B for the cost since we don't do much electrical work it may be fairly priced. For some reason, I thought we would pay by the hour and not the project. Again, I'm not familiar with electric service so it's just a matter of knowing how pricing works. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Converse, had to identify a short between my outside air conditioning unit and inside. Tech was able to identify issue. Since problem seem to be caused by some sort of power surge tech suggested a power surge protection unit attached to my power box so we opted for this add on service.
