Some clients request a re-inspection after repairs are made and I will perform one of these at no charge. Prices are based upon the square footage of the home so if you need a free estimate, feel free to call anytime. HOMTEC inspectors are Certified Inspection Experts! All of our home inspections include a Complimentary 90 Day Warranty, SewerGard Warranty, and comprehensive recall check on all major appliances provided by RecallChek which will get you free repairs on recalled items.
