They follow my scope of work for my parking lot to the letter. Zero complaints and were very proactive for the ice storms. I didn't have to call them exept to haul out snow when the piles got to big. It's to bad they don't do residentual. I asked them about my doing my house but they stopped doing houses, apartments, and HOA's 20+ years ago. They did how ever refer me to another company and they are doing exceptional as well. For Commerial or Industrial properties I highly recommend using them!!!!!

In a Nut Shell, we got taken advantage of due to salting expenses. Service was good and punctual, but they were putting down too much salt, damaging grass, and leaving large amounts of unused salt laying in the alley. They would salt every time the forecast called for a little freezing rain or light snow, resulting in expensive salting bills. We made three requests to reduce the salting throughout the winter, and were told that if we didn't like it, we could just cancel the contract. Canceling a contract is tough to do mid-winter, so we proceeded with the request that they reduce salting, and asked for it only by demand. At the end of the season we received numerous expensive bills for salting, resulting approximately 2 or 3 times the cost of snow removal and salting that it should have taken. Obviously, we will not be using this contractor again.
