Wright's Tree Service

They have been taking care of our trees for 20 years. They are not cheap, but they are reliable. They come when they say they will, and do what they say they are going to do. My wife is very happy with them.

They have been great. Their communication is good. My fence isn’t large enough for them to get the stump removal through. Then they realized that I was not only removing the major tree that I had turned down. There was also six little stump in the yard. They were really good at communicating about that to me. They suggested few little things to improve it. I feel they were reasonably priced compared to other people I looked at. The workers were nice. They were great. They were really kind. I didn’t interact much with them. There was a guy called Brian, and my husband interacted with him. I know that is was a nice guy. He is easy to work with. Then I interacted with two workers regarding the wires that were on the way. They were really friendly and approachable. They will be coming back to finish the stump work. I would use them in the future.

They came quickly and did an excellent job. I was most pleased with their service and was most pleased with the price. I hadn't used them before and was concerned that they might charge us an inflated price due to the situation. However, the bill was very fair. Recently, I did get an estimate for some more work from them because I trusted them, but went with another company that I had also used before as their bid was lower.

They were excellent. We spent about $250 on that service. Our interaction with them went very well. We would tell others that they are honest, reliable and they know what they are doing.

I met with several tree companies when I first was looking for a company. I thought Wright's was the most reasonable and pleasant to deal with. I have not regretted my decision to use them. I believe they are knowledgeable about trees and plants and not just out to make a quick buck like some organizations that do door-to-door solicitations.

They were great. I have used them twice now, and I will be using them again in the next year.

Extremely well. I had been working with another company who gave me no options to treat my ash trees - except for "wait until fall." What's really disappointing is that I had asked about treatment several years ago for EAB and they discouraged me. Wright's provided several options to consider, provided economical alternatives, and provided quick turnaround. I've since decided to let them treat my trees every year. Very professional company to do business with.

Trees and shrubs look good. As far as price goes i really don't know if thet are high, low , or average as i have not really checked. They use an answering service and are not that wonderful to get ahold of.

They were on time, professional, polite,and knew what they were doing . The owner came and spent time with me explaining the cuts to the trees and loooked at several other projects I had queations about.There wa a follow up call for other work.

I use them all the time. They are very responsive and professional. I spend about $150 on them. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called them last june because our crabapple trees had lost almost all the leaves. I was told there was nothing to do for last year, but they would put me on the list for next spring. I called in early spring and sure enough I was on the list. They sprayed the crabapples, hawthorne, and necturine trees 3 times before they sent the bill. The first time they came out they even moved the picnic table so as not to get the spray on the eating surface. They were in and out- no mess, no fuss.

They are always professional and do a very nice job of trimming trees. Other companies we have used in the past made the trees look butchered. Wrights people never try to sell you things you don't need, and their price is always reasonable.

They are wonderful. We have used them for years. They were recommended to us by another company as company that could handle an infestation problem. They show up on time and clean up entirely. They also do not trample my flowers.

They cold contacted us by coming to our door asking about the dead trees in front. They gave us a very reasonable estimate compared to another tree expert. They were able to start right away and finished in one day.

First 2 bids outrageously expensive. Touring neighborhood, giving prices on jobs. Went from $500 to $200.

They perform as promised. No issues with damage or leaving a mess. They appear very knowledgable, and we have relied on their advice and service for more than fifteen years.

I have them do our tree fertilizations and sprays every year.

They did an excellent job, cleaned up the site after performing the work, and did it at a reasonable rate. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Everything went well, but I do find them to be rather impersonal.

They are very confident and good. They were prompt and their pricing was very favorable. I have used them other times before and their quality of work is very good. I would recommend them. The work that they did with the shrub row was more than I could handle it personally as it was high. We had used their services for many other issues. They also gave me an estimate recently within the last month for tree removal. They are very competitively priced. We would probably use their services to get the work done.

The tree was very large and it was invading the house. They were good about calling me and telling me when they would be here and they did a really good job trimming the tree. We were home that day so we saw them do a good job cleaning up. It was a lot of work because there were a lot of limbs in our back yard that needed to be picked up.

They do insect spraying for our trees. We have a couple of aged trees that get infested with beetles. Wright's Tree Service has been monitoring that for us to see whether there would be any bugs or beetles coming out. They seem to be knowledgeable and are pretty easy to work with. They call up before coming. They also call and ask if there is any service that we need. They are not pushy at all. There are a lot of judgment calls that need to be made when it comes to landscaping, and we’re on the same page with them when it comes to this. We always call them when we need to have something done, and had used them about three times this spring. They’ve done work for our daughter and are reasonably priced too. We are comfortable with them.

They were very professional and the price was reasonable. I am going to use them to do more work on other trees in my yard.

We were impressed by Brian's responsiveness and knowledge of the problem. The trees are looking better, although we won't know how successful the program is until next year, but we are confident that the problem is being well looked after.

Pricing was great, as well as service. Came out at time of appointment and cleaned up well afterward. Great company to work with.
