We paid him for a service over a year ago and till date we still don't have a complete plan

Very fast, efficient and great service.

I hired this person to come out to my property and he was very friendly, generally speaking. Keep in mind, this was after rescheduling the day of our appointment. Life happens though, so I won't hold that against him. Then after he does his work, he says it will be between $350-$450 - You've already done the work, how do you not know and I will have it in two weeks. Well after 3.5 weeks, I text him (no response). Text him a few days later (no response). We hire another engineer to come out and then once that engineer is scheduled to come, we receive an invoice for the bill. This is over four weeks later after he told us two. On top of that, of course he charges us $450. What a terrible freaking service that I will certainly never recommend to anyone.
