He was punctual and professional and provided the results in a timely manner. I called the day before I needed the test set up and he was able to work with my schedule.

Russ was great! Very professional, punctual, good communication. Make sure to evaluate a tester that they are insured, bonded and licensed. You can view State of Ohio licenses at: http://pubapps.odh.ohio.gov/EnvLicense_Reports/External_License_Search.aspx?Program=Radon. Make sure your Radon inspector is on the list! Your Termite/Pest person should also be licensed by the State of Ohio Agriculture Department.
Description of Work: I had RQI do 2 houses and did a very thorough job on both. Russ did both a radon and wbi (wood boring insect) inspection.

RUSS CAMPBELL OF RUSS' QUALITY INSPECTIONS DID A HOME INSECT INSPECTION FOR ME WHEN I PURCHASED MY HOME FOUR YEARS AGO. HE IMPRESSED ME THEN, BECAUSE HE WAS VERY THOROUGH. SINCE THEN HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS IN DETAIL AND MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND. I WOULD HIRE HIM IN THE FUTURE, OR RECOMMEND HIM TO A FRIEND.
Description of Work: RUSS CAMPBELL CAME OUT AND DID AN INSECT INSPECTION OF MY YARD AND GARAGE. EVEN THOUGH HE SAID THAT I DIDN'T NEED ANY WORK DONE AT THIS TIME, HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT TO WATCH FOR, AND STEPS I COULD TAKE TO MAKE MY HOUSE SAFER FROM TERMITES. IF I WOULD HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM.
