On May 2, 2018 Tree Images quoted us $200 to remove two tree stumps. We agreed with their quote and their timing of three (3) weeks. On May 24, I called since the work was not done and was told it would be either the following week, or the week after. I waited another week and then cancelled. What the heck? You can’t plan better than that? You couldn’t fit the removal of two tree stumps in a four WEEK window! You TOLD us three weeks. We NEEDED this done to move on with our backyard project and you couldn’t find a couple of hours. Now our project is way behind because of your poor planning. Thanks.

Everything went seamlessly from the turnaround time of getting a quote to the timely removal of the tree. I wouldn't hesitate using Trim Images again.

Very professional company with competitive pricing. We were even given a senior citizen discount we didn't know they offered. Even though the company had a backlog of work, we were given an estimate the very next day after we first called. The crew was very professional, hard working, well organized, and courteous. This 80 foot or more tall tree was bordered on two sides with pavement and had utility lines running under the lowest branches. We were amazed how skilled they were at knowing exactly where to cut and carefully lower to the ground large diameter branches and lengths of trunk to avoid damage to our driveway or the utility wires. We could not have asked for better job performance or better yard and street cleanup. We will definitely hire this company next time we need tree service.

Fantastic, could not have been more impressed. They were quick, efficient, kept the grass in great shape given the slope and work being done, left the yard cleaner than when they arrived, no debris left, the logs to be split into firewood were left neatly stacked out of the way. Very impressed, will use again and when needed, and would recommend to everyone. Also very responsive for calls and emails.

We have used Tree Images on multiple occasions at three different properties. They are very professional, do an excellent job and do it quickly. They have the right people and equipment for the job.

The job went very well and the workers were very professional and polite.

I literally called them at 5PM on Friday and they were able to get someone out over the weekend and provide a quote. They were on a several week backup but because part of the tree still posed a danger of falling and we had kids they offered to expedite and they showed up that Tuesday afternoon and removed the tree, ground the stump and all the debris. Their crew was amazing and took great care to remove everything to the point that you could never tell the tree (or the crew) were ever there. Simply remarkable and incredibly fast. I think it took less than an hour onsite. A really great job.

Initially (in July) I was told that he would be in contact with me in September due to current job backup. Eric did call as promised (which surprised me because of my current experience with other contractors). He said he would be out "first thing in morning". At 8am the crew arrived and immediately got started. Crew worked without a break, knowing what each crew member had to do like a well practiced team. Cleanup was complete and even some minor divots in the grass from falling branches were filled in. I am very impressed with their work and will hire them without hesitation if the need should arise.

The crew was professional, courteous, cleaned up, and worked extremely hard. The trees were taken down and stumps ground down. The trees to be taken down is a very dangerous job. Several people were working different jobs to get the work done efficiently and quickly. They were accommodating for neighbors and garbage truck. They called the Monday before & scheduled for Wednesday. The work was started and completed on Wednesday. I would recommend this company again in a heart beat.

Quick and efficient removal (roughly 30-40 minutes of work) and clean-up of the tree.

They were great from the first phone call. Eric came out within a few days to give an estimate which was in line with other estimates I had received. The crew showed on time to do the work and they did a fantastic job removing the tree, the stump and all debris. They left the yard clean and picked up. I highly recommend them.

The "Tree Images" guys are truly professional. They really do a good safe job. I was amazed watching the efficient way they work as a team. I was happy to recommend them to my sister. She too had a couple of dead trees removed because they were threatening her house. We would both call them again.

Fine. They trimmed tree per request.

I think we had them out a couple of times to tell you the truth, to cut down trees and grind out stumps and things. They actually cut some of the trees down and then we had landscaping done in the front and they had not ground the stump down because we told them it was not necessary. Somebody else did the landscaping and they wanted it ground out and we called them and they came back and did it for nothing.

Far and away the best value from the various quotes we received. Excellent work as well; everything was done quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards. The stumps were ground down well with nothing visible remaining. We would definitely hire them again.

I needed a couple branches taken off my neighbors dying tree, because squirrels were using it to jump onto my roof and enter my attic. I purchased an Angie's List coupon with their company and after a couple weeks of not hear anything from them called to set up a time and place. Bottom line, they are nice guys and the price was maybe 20% higher than I expected but they are just too busy for small orders. It took well over a month to get these branches cut off. Next time I will just try and pay a neighbor.
