OK, long review here, but Tree Images totally deserves it! Their crew recently did an AMAZING job taking out and trimming 3 large trees in my barely accessible backyard. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I’d give them an 11 on a scale of 10. From my first phone call to Eric to schedule their estimator Tony’s visit, to the actual hard work by crew leader Joey and his team Scott, Kevin, Francisco, and Rogelio, this company is a TOTAL class act –everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions, skillful, efficient and thorough…..plus personable and friendly on top of all of that : ) In the past I’d had bad experiences with tree companies’ work and billing practices, so I asked friends and neighbors for their recommendations. Tree Images got highest recommendation from a friend who had hired them to take down trees in very tight spaces. Some other companies wouldn’t even quote me when they saw the extremely narrow path between my house and my neighbor’s home, said they couldn’t get any equipment in. But Tree Images brought in an awesome piece of machinery, an impressive Spider Lift that was narrow enough to squeeze between houses and access my backyard (see my pics). The crew was so efficient and skillful that the job was completed, even down to a beautiful clean-up, in a little less than 5 hours. Team leader Joey and his crew were just fascinating to watch – an extremely well-practiced team, all in perfect sync with one another, doing the hard work efficiently and safely. And they were VERY careful to protect small understory plantings from the Spider and from the roped limbs coming down, as well as protecting my neighbor’s lawn with plywood sheets laid down for moving the 3+ ton Spider between houses. A MOST EXCELLENT job and all for a VERY REASONABLE COST, with no billing surprises….I was charged the same amount as Tony’s estimate. Tree images will most def be my go-to team for any future tree service…an EXCEPTIONAL experience, and I've already recommended Tree Images to friends and neighbors. MANY THANKS, guys!

They were given permission to use my neighbor's driveway but instead drove there bucket truck into my yard and made ruts then left without fixing it. Had to put a stop payment on me check to get then to come back and fill and send and straw it. Had I known this was going to happen I would have waited till another time.

They always do a good job cutting the trees down and being careful but that being said they had permission to use my neighbor's driveway yet they took their heavy piece of equipment and decided to drive it through my yard and put ruts in it and then left it like that told my wife they would throw some grass seed down well that's unprofessional. I was in no hurry to have the tree cut down if I knew they were going to drive through my yard with their heavy piece of equipment I would have waited till either the ground got frozen or some other time. I put a stop payment on the check till they come back and fill those ruts and they put in my yard and reseed it they do that I'll change my review thank you Il

Just as planned.

Shane came out and looked at a tree and said his company did not do chemicals to try and fix our tree. He reccomended a company that does it as well as seeing a couple other trees that should be looked at. When we need tree services that this company does we will call him first.

The team showed up, on time and did a wonderful job. Everyone was friendly and maintained a safe distance, due to Covid.

The work was quick, efficient, thorough, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. The team that showed up to our house to remove the tree were so personable and considerate. They are great at what they do, and they take pride in their work.

My neighbor pointed out to me on the weekend that the pine tree in my back yard was leaning precariously toward my house. When I looked I could also see that the roots on the back side of the tree were up and out of the ground. I called Tree Images on Sunday. Eric and I spoke several times, He called back later in the day and assured me someone would be out Monday between 8am and 8:30 am to look at the tree and if I accepted the estimate they would come that afternoon and remove it. Monday morning Tony showed up exactly on time. He confirmed the tree was a problem and gave me an estimate which I accepted. 3 hours later the crew arrived to remove the tree. They hauled everything away and cleaned up after themselves. This experience was amazing! I felt it was an emergency, but I also knew we now had a "Stay at home" order. Eric couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, reassuring and professional! He assured me that Tony and the crew would work carefully and abide by the state restrictions. Everything was done just as he had said. I am truly grateful for their work and especially respect that they were willing to do the work under the current circumstances. I applaud Tree Images for an exceptional experience. Thank you so much!

A guy emailed me on the same day and I have scheduled to have trees removed in two weeks tree images are very friendly. When I scheduled the trees to be removed I said not to remove the stumps there was a mixup and they remove the stumps any way After I paid them for just the tree removal Eric I assume the owner or supervisor Contacts me and wants payment for the tree stumps that I did not want removed because I have access to Stump grinder that I could have done the only cost would have been my labor and gas I thought that was a little unprofessional to charge somebody because of your mistake the tree stumps cost me $400 that I paid anyways and the trees itself cost $1082 that I was fine with because that was our agreement. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them an a I would give the guys who did the work and A and I would give Eric a D. I want to stress that the guys that cut the trees down were very friendly and did a great job cleaned everything up it look like there was never there

Great. They came out right away and gave me an estimate. Took about 6 weeks to get the work done. They came at the time they told me and returned my calls right away. Class act.

Estimate was almost as high as having that same work done for another prong plus having two other trees cut down and the stumps removed. So, did not accept estimate.

Very well. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Thorough cleanup.

Had three large trees removed. One was in the front yard and the other two were in the back yard. Tree Images came out promptly and gave me a quote. We scheduled the work and they gave me an estimate of four weeks before they could get me and do the work. Exactly four weeks later they called me to schedule the work. I day the work was scheduled the job foreman called to let me know they would be arriving shortly. The work took more than a day to complete, so at the end of the first day they called to let me know they would be back in the morning to complete the work. Everything went well would hire again.

Must admit I am a repeat customer. Over the last 40 years I have dealt with any number of tree service companies and I have to say that Tree Images is the best I have dealt with when it comes to showing up, doing the job and leaving the site as clean as when they showed up. This time they took down a giant pine that was about 60 feet tall and was too big for the small spot where it was planted. They also did some tree trimming that was pretty high up and these young men are excellent climbers. The crew was friendly, professional and hard working. Had a number of estimates - some higher and some lower, but i went with a company I know and trust.

It went very well. They arrived earlier than their initial date estimation and removed a tree, two stumps, and some brush all within one day. They were also very careful to not damage either my house or my neighbors house for the tree that was in between our properties. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the skill of the crew and will hire them again in the future.

Tony came out the very next day and gave me a quote. Because it was rather an emergency situation, they were able to schedule the work in three days. They arrived when scheduled, I went to work and returned to find the entire tree gone, the stump ground and my, and both my neighbors, yards clean as a whistle. I know these folks are generally very busy but I have already recommended them to several other folks. It is definitely worth waiting for them if possible.

Awesome job by the Tree Images team from beginning to end! Their quote was the lowest of 3 companies we received bids on. Each person we interacted with was exceptionally professional and those providing advice were very knowledgeable. The work was done surprisingly efficiently in that it took much less time than we expected and we were very satisfied with the completed work. We would highly recommend Tree Images to others and if/when we need future tree work completed we will definitely have them at the top of our list.

Very prompt and professional! Arrived on schedule and quickly finished the job. Clean up was excellent and hardly knew they were in the yard. Would definitely hire Tree Images again!

I called and met with 12 different tree removal companies before deciding to go with Tree Images. They did an awesome job removing our trees and stumps. One of the trees was very large, probably close to 100' tall. Most of the trees were in our back yard and we don't have a very wide access point between our house and our neighbors . Most of the companies we called turned us down because they couldn't get into our back yard. Tree Images came with a "narrow" bucket lift that drove easily between the two houses. It only took them around half a day to get all the trees and stumps out. They cleaned up very well and removed ALL the logs, limbs and debris. I was really impressed with the work they did. They were very nice and professional the whole time. I got bids from a total of 5 other reputable tree removal companies. Tree Images wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't even close to being the most expensive. I definitely recommend using them! Sorry it took me so long to write a review....

The workers were great and happily tackled three additional bushes that I asked for when they arrived. They not only cleared two trees and some 10 bushes for us in total, but they removed two trees from my neighbor's yard at the same time. Those two were against a garage and wreaking havoc on the foundation. The neighbor's happy with the work as well.
